Alison and Jay are two of the most ambitious people I’ve ever met. They are both well on their way to becoming doctors, and will soon begin their residencies. (Fun fact: I once thought I wanted to be a doctor. I attended a medical camp at A&M for aspiring medical students. They mentioned cadavers and I’m pretty sure that’s when I realised that profession was not for me…you know, aside from the intense workload and information to be absorbed.)
For their engagement session, we had a fun afternoon visiting some of their favorite places around Austin: Town Lake, Bull Creek, a bluebonnet patch, and climbing up to see the Pennyback bridge off 360. I love the variety and how special these places are to them!
My favorite images are from the very end of the session — the wind was ferociously whipping Alison’s hair back and forth. I love the mood we captured in those photos so, so much.
