You might have noticed in Part 01 of Hannah and Joshua’s blog that they’re extremely expressive. Looking through the images I’m about to share with you has been so much fun. They made silly faces at each other during the ceremony when one could tell the other was on the verge of tears. They had the best reaction after their first kiss when they were announced for the first time as Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Delp. Their first dance was full of such sweet and tender moments, but I’m posting the ones that really show the fun side of who these two are.
If you’d like to see all of their wedding photos, please sign up here. Unfortunately, I can’t post all of them on my blog, but you’re welcome to look through their private gallery when I have it up in just a bit.
For a list of vendors and a short Q&A, see the end of the post.
Loved Joshua’s reaction to seeing his bride walk down the aisle with her brother.
Below, middle shot – the little ring bearer was a little timid, but he was full of cuteness.
Below, right image – Love Hannah’s expressions!
Really, could two people be anymore excited to be married? I love their excitement.
The prettiest/handsomest bridal party you’ve ever seen. Love the dresses Hannah chose for the girls.
Joshua’s expression in the image with the ladies below cracks me up. It’s kinda like he is saying, “Hey now! I’m a married man…”
When we were taking individual portraits of each of the bridesmaids/groomsmen, one of the flowers in Ashley’s bouquet broke. Another great expression.
I can’t really say what was happening here, but it’s awesome. Two thumbs up.
In addition to their cakes, Hannah had homemade pies. Yummy.
We caught this beautiful portrait of the newlyweds right at sunset.
It’s never easy for me to see a grown man cry, but Joshua’s brother Justin was awesome. He was so sweet and kind. Who wouldn’t want a brother like him giving an awesome toast?
Below, Right: Reactions to the cake after the cut into it. Soaking up all the wedding cake goodness.
Both images below: awesome first dance expressions.
I love it when guests get really into the dancing. Especially when it’s the bride’s dad.

What was the most memorable moment of your day?
Hannah: the most memorable moment for me was when Joshua almost cried during his vows. It was so sweet and reminded me why we make such a good team. Anytime either of us is close to tears we can always find a way to keep the other one emotionally stable. I love it.
Joshua– Watching Hannah come down the isle with my brother behind me telling me to keep it together
What was your favorite detail of the day?
Hannah-My bridesmaids shoes….and my shoes, too. Seriously. They were so fun. I love pink and their shoes were pink with a touch of silver. They really made their outfits pop like crazy. My shoes were also pink, they were just a little different than the other girls. They were so much fun. It was the perfect detail to pull us all together :)
Joshua-The venue, it kinda had a western thing and growing up in the middle of no where it reminded me of growing up then tying it with me getting married in a scene like that, I thought it was pretty cool
Any advice to future brides and grooms?
Hannah– Choose your vendors wisely. Even if your mom’s friend takes pictures at your usual gatherings, don’t settle with that unless its absolutely necessary. A vendor that has no ties to you and are hired to help will make sure they give exactly what you are asking for with no surprises. Don’t skimp on the important things! Also, don’t plan to leave for your honeymoon the day after you get married unless it’s not a far trip. More than likely, you won’t want to get up early the day after your wedding and rush to the airport. Give yourself time to enjoy wedded bliss :)
Joshua-Be ready for the Bride to go a little crazy and try to help out as much as you can. Grooms, I didn’t help out at all really and wish I could have at least just went to the meetings with Hannah.
Best moment of your wedding day?
Hannah– Getting one last chance to hang out with just the girls for the last time as just the girls. My bridesmaids consisted of such a great group of extremely supportive and sweet friends so it was nice to spend a little bit of quality time with them as we are moving very soon.
Joshua-2 parts really, all us guys played Halo before the ceremony and it was one of the first times I got to sit and play with my brother and friends in a long time, and when my mom and aunt showed up since it had been a year since I had seen them.
Where did you go on your honeymoon?
We honeymooned in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We left two days after the wedding and spent seven days at a resort! We were right off of the ocean. It was a lot of fun. Since they knew we were coming for our honeymoon, they even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room. It was a fun experience.
What are your plans now that you’re married? Where will you live?
Since Joshua is a soldier in the U.S Army, we are being stationed in South Korea where he has been for the last year. He is going back to Korea next week and then hopefully I will follow in the next two months. It’s going to be quite the adventure! :)
