Jennifer and Dake were married this October at the Farm on Peach Creek in Rosanky, Texas. One of the things I was looking forward to most was the vintage truck Jennifer was having brought to the venue. She talked to me a lot about how much she want to have pictures taken with it. It was such a great touch to the entire day and really pulled together Jennifer’s concept for their wedding.
You see, Jennifer went the extra mile to incorporate cute vintage touches. She created the cutest table of she and Dake’s lives – incorporating great details of their childhoods, clothes pins, and mismatching canisters and jars. This table was so awesome to ooh and ahh over. Jennifer’s Mad-of-Honor, Marilyn, did a phenomenal job creating all of the flowers. She also hand-wrote all of the signs around the venue on chalkboards. I’m telling you there was not a single little detail overlooked.
As there were so many great things to see, I’m going to split this post up into two parts. This first one has everything pre-ceremony. Coming up tomorrow, you’ll get a great story about the best Best Man’s toast I ever heard. Oh yeah, and a post-wedding Q&A with Jennifer!
Enjoy! And leave Jennifer and Dake some love!
